If you’re unsure whether now is the right time to let go, this ‘’decision tree’’ will help you get clarity.
The exercise’s in this tool will help you identify and understand what you need to let go of whether that be in a relationship, job, friendship, mindset, emotion, limiting belief, family, or something else. It will help you realise what you might be holding on to because you’re afraid to let go.
Once you decide what you need to let go off you’ll be making different decisions and taking new actions in finding the love and life you’ve always wanted.
